400 ft- anywhere in Canada.

Our pricing is low as I consider the drone as a necessity in the photography business.

   – This applies to contractors wanting shots of their work.  

2. 10 Drone stills from any angle around the house and normal 30 shots int/ext.    $140

4   Vacant Land aerials  – Oceanfront, Lakefront, from the water, various angles.          $90

Private property owners are classed the same as agents or brokerages. I do shots for
Property Guys and Air B+B owners as well.

We travel as far as 1 hr from Metro Halifax for a small fuel surcharge. If you are in the valley

30-40 photo count.  The photos are corrected for any barreling. Photoshop Lightroom is
used to brighten any dark spots and for some colour correction.
I have over 30 agents that currently use my photographic services.

All photos were taken on Canon 40D with a Canon 10-22 mm lens. That lens is the most
widely used by real estate photographers worldwide.

I charge $90.00 and $140 .00 for drone shots included. I am available most days if you give
